Who are AngelDranger & GivingNoFox?
Having gone to high school and college together, AngelDranger and GivingNoFox are anime artists who have known each other for over 10 years. All items are created by the respective artist.
What is this store’s return and exchange policy?
If the order is completely destroyed by the postal service, we will send a new set of the destroyed order as long as the customer sends us pictures of the destroyed product.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
As of right now, the store will not be able to accept orders placed outside the US. Sorry for the inconvenience.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders get packaged up every Saturday. Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 to 12 weeks.
What if something is wrong with my order?

What is a Commission?
A commission is the act of requesting the creation of an artwork by an artist. Depending on the type of commission & amount of orders, time of completion may vary (usually 1-7 days).
What is the difference between Personal-Use & Commercial-Use?
Personal-Use means using the artwork for non-profit purposes, such as a profile picture, avatar, stream layout asset, etc. You may print the artworks as merchandise, but only to be given away for free. Commercial-Use would be the opposite, in that you may upload the image to your store to be sold as merchandise. Please include a credit to the artist, as it would be much appreciated.
What does it mean to provide “Details/ References?”
Providing details means giving a description of the character’s pose, appearance, personality, etc. Providing references means giving images of the pose, character appearance & any extra items you’d like to be drawn with the character. You can either send the references via images, links or a Google Doc.

Can I use the Contact Us to order a commission?
No, please do not place a commission order there as that section is only for product order(s). If you submit a commission order there, it will be ignored!
